”We truly had an amazing day; it was an unforgettable experience in every way. We caught exactly five fish in total. Timo showed us how to drill holes in the ice and helped us catch fish by opening several holes in different spots. It was my first time joining such an activity, and it was absolutely incredible. I have lived most of my life in Lapland, so taking care of nature is a natural part of who I am.

Everything we bring onto the ice is also carried out. We follow a strict leave-no-trace approach and respect the natural environment at all times.

We also practice catch and release fishing, which is a widely accepted approach in Finland. Our goal is to minimize harm to the fish and handle them with care, helping to support sustainable fish populations.

During the experience, we enjoy a light lunch using bio-based composite tableware, reducing waste and environmental impact.
